After an illustrious nineteen-year career at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory, head women’s basketball coach Brian Harrigan ’76 announced he is stepping down from the position.

Craig Gianinno '89 was recently named the head coach of the Padres baseball program.

Shannon Rowbury '02 crossed the finish line first in the women's 1500 meter final at the US Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon on Saturday.  The former SHCP standout qualified for the World Championships later this summer. Rowbury finished in four minutes, 5.07 seconds, holding off the competition in a close race.
